Refund Policy

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order from your Order History as long as it hasn't already completed. Once we confirm the cancellation with the provider, the full charge is refunded to your wallet automatically.

Partial delivery

If a provider only partially delivers an order, you're automatically refunded for the undelivered portion — calculated as your original charge divided by the ordered quantity, multiplied by the amount not delivered. No support ticket is needed for this.

Wallet top-ups

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited, since the balance remains available in your account for future orders. If a payment was deducted but never credited to your wallet, contact Support with your transaction reference and we'll investigate.

FFMax subscriptions

FFMax subscriptions deliver daily over their purchased duration and are not eligible for cancellation once purchased, since delivery begins immediately.
