1. The service

SMMRulz provides social media growth services (likes, views, followers, and similar engagement metrics) that you order and pay for through your wallet balance. Delivery times and outcomes depend on third-party platforms and providers outside our direct control.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts found abusing the platform, attempting fraud, or violating a connected platform's own terms of service may be suspended.

3. Wallet and payments

Funds added to your wallet are used to pay for orders you place. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts. See our Refund Policy for how cancellations and partial deliveries are handled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for links or content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the target platform's own community guidelines. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that violate this.

5. Data protection and privacy

We process your personal data under our Privacy Notice and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By creating an account you confirm that you have read that notice, and you give the consents you tick on the sign-in screen and elsewhere in the app. You may withdraw a consent, access or correct your data, ask for erasure, or raise a grievance at any time from Settings → Privacy & data or the data-rights form; withdrawing the consent needed to run your account means the account will be closed after your wallet is settled. You agree to give us accurate information, and not to submit another person's personal data (for example in a support screenshot) unless you are entitled to. Order links you submit are shared with the service providers that fulfil your order. We keep records that the law requires us to keep, without personal identifiers after an erasure. 6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
